TEACHER AIDES/ ASSISTANTS
* MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. 
LEAD TEACHERS
* MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF AA IN ECE OR RELATED FIELD AND FIELD EXPERIENCE FOR INFANT THROUGH 3 YEAR OLD PROGRAM.
PRE-K/ KINDERGARTEN/ HEAD TEACHERS
* MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF BA IN ECE AND FIELD EXPERIENCE.
SITE NURSE
* MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LPN OR RN LICENSE.  NURSE POSITIONS ARE PART-TIME ONLY.

All candidates are chosen based on experience and/or qualifications. Once hired, all new team members must complete the following before training begins:

  • Physical Exam/ TB Test
  • BCI check through local police department or state police
  • CANTS Clearance through DCYF
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
