Please Note:
- If one of the holidays listed falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we will close on the following Monday to observe the holiday.
- If Independence Day falls on a Tuesday or Thursday, we reserve the right to also close on the Monday before or Friday after the holiday.
Snow Days…
SNCA will make every attempt to open on snow days. However, for the safety of our students and staff, on occasion we may need to delay opening or close in bad weather conditions. School closings will be listed by site name and location by 6:00 a.m. or earlier, on WJAR Channel 10, WPRI Channel 12 and their affiliated websites.
SNCA will use The Rhode Island Broadcasters Association. Please register for immediate text alerts as indicated below.

3- It is important that you check off your child’s individual school
Examples: (Stork’s Nest- EG, Stork’s Nest- Warwick, Stork’s Nest- Smithfield).
Snow cancellations/delays will be communicated to all families via RIBA texts. Please know the length of text message is restricted and thus requires us to abbreviate at times.
Reminder:
Tuition is due regardless of absence, holiday, school closing or snow day.
